Promotions

I finalized my order without adding the promo code. What should I do?

You can send us a request by e-mail to [email protected] and we will refund the difference.

This request can only be taken into account if it is made within 48 hours of your purchase and if the promotional code is still active.

Can I combine several coupon codes on my order?

It all depends on the coupon code. Some will be cumulative (notably with codes for free shipping) and others will be exclusive.

When should I enter the promo code?

There's no reason why you should be billed twice, as a transaction can only be debited once by your bank.

Missing products are shipped by express (48H) with preferential treatment.
